I hope someone can help me please. My cam won’t work as it states that it might be blocked or not set up. What do I need to do to get it working please. Suggestions/advice most welcome.

Hi like most people seem to to have trouble getting cam to work? Am using a phone would this make any difference? Any help would be appreciated

try going into your laptop desktop or tablet settings , scroll to privacy and then to cam settings check through as the cam settings and set to on

this is most likely the cause of no cam.

also download manycam as the settings in this can also assist with your issues. and update you cam drivers.

I’m having. Issues view cams also ? Does anyone else have this issue.. sometimes it works and then just the timeout circle the whole time

Having the same problem. Cams dont work on chrome (pc) or on android phone.

They do work in Microsoft edge on pc though.....sometimes.

I am using an iPhone which the site says should work since Jan ‘21 but it doesn’t. I get this message;

It looks like your camera is either not connected or is blocked for this site.

Please check, connect or unblock your cam and try again?

You can still view other cams, just tap/click the cam icon next to username.

If you need help, click here for instructions

I have my settings set to always give access to all websites in Safari.

My cam has not worked in chat rooms since the change from Adobe software.

It will not run with MSEdge,Firefox,Opera. I won't use Chrome due to security issues.

All my privacy and security settings are have permission for cam usage on.

It works without a hitch on zoom etc.

It seems you have to seriously compromise your computer security in order to get WebRTC to work.

Are we really prepared to do this?

My cam works on my old dying laptop, microsoft edge, will not work on my new one, no matter what i try, really frustrating, shame we cant have adobe flash back
