Cam wont work

Our cam has always worked fine but suddenly at the weekend the external & inernal one has stopped working, it shows somethimes in the room as working but others can only see a white screen and then it just turns off. Also struggling to view a lot of other peoples cams, and the chatroom starts to freeze. Any ideas or help please ????

Have you done any updates over the weekend ie .. flashplayer?

The computer updates automatically which has never been a prob till now. Spent hours over the weekend uninstalling flashplayer and re-installing it, tried taking it back to a previous date, nothing has worked ?????

Are you using google chrome?I have heard that it has a flash player and it mite be conflicting with adobe

Mine stopped working with firefox, only works with google chrome now

Thank you to everyone who tried to help with our cam problem. I restored the computer back to a previous date for the 2nd time and now it seems to be working. finger crossed !!!. very strange. but thank you all xxx
