Can anyone help please. I have a MacBook and obviously as Adobe doesn’t work on mac anymore I downloaded chrome but my webcam shows up as blurry colour, a bit like white noise. It does the same on Microsoft also and on Firefox doesn’t pick up my cam. Is anyone able to help?

I think it's because we are still flip-flopping between Flash and WebRTC mode. I was put on WebRtc (that's what I see written on it) mode few days back but back on Flash now.

If you are on WebRTC, I think you may cam off mobile but not when you're on Flash.

Similar issues here, can show my cam fine but some take ages to load and some not at all...mac too

I’m having the same issue recently. The cams are taking up to a minute to load if they do at all! Very annoying.

I know there are flash issues with using iPhone but this wasn’t the case a month ago.

Hi. I'm getting this message: "WebRTC* is not supported by your browser, or your camera is currently blocked or not connected" And my cam won't work. I've tried activating Flash, but still not able to broadcast my cam. Any suggestions?

Have updated my browsers. The caniuse site is wrong. I still can't broadcast with either my built-in or logitech camera. Really disappointing. Admins need to find an alternative to webrtc

I wonder why. Are you using handphone or laptop/PC? Would like to know a bit more details to see if I can help.

Have you experimented with different browsers, including Firefox, which some have said works better than chrome?

Obviously, always ensure you've got the latest updates for everything.

In chrome go to lock or key symbol in address line and change settings to allow
