Cams on mobile chat

Hello all, I tried viewing cams for the first time today on my mobile and the picture is VERY laggy and has no sound. Is this typical when trying to view by phone, or am I missing some obvious fix? Cheers dears xxx

With Flash support being dropped by major browsers incl. Chrome by the end of the year I hope an alternative for mobile and Mac/Windows is coming v. soon.
