White screen on cams

Hi guys can anyone tell me why when you are in chat rooms and you click on view someones cam all you get is a white screen can view other cams ok been having this issue for few days,think a few people had same issue last night in directing rooms.

Yes - I'd quite like to know this too! Sometimes, when I have my cam on, some people can see it and others say they're just getting the white screen...

It is weird only ever get it when viewing while on my mobile and it doesn't happen very often either. Never seen it when on laptop or pc. My guess would be bandwidth issues at my end but have no proof.
