Depends if the ps4 can run flash or not if you want to broadcast your. You could try the desktop cams see if you can view them.

Just googled it no the ps4 isn't able to run flash so no chance of broadcasting your cam. The ps4 is pretty old kit these days. You can still try to view the desktop cams.
