I've just checked and I can dock 3 and watch a fourth, same as always.

I remember an issue a while ago, where, depending on your screen resolution, it was possible to dock a cam in a position where you couldn't see it. When you closed the left hand docked cam, it would then appear. Could it be that?

As a gold supporter you can actually watch 5 cams. If you have 4 docked, you can enlarge one cam and then close the original one, and open another one
