Anyone know if there’s a market for retro tents?

1970’s canvas I’m talking about.

Retro tents with no ground sheets. I don't think that there is much of a call for them. Have you acquired a load of ex army equipment.

Why not just put it on eBay. And you soon find out if anyone wants it.

Simple.

Sorry but asking if anyone would want it on a sex site. When everyone else just goes to eBay or other selling and buy places online

I didn’t ask if anyone wanted it, I asked if anyone knew if there was a market for it,,,, on the “camping” forum.

But thanks for your useless input all the same

Vango Force 10 springs to mind here. Classic design never really bettered.

I am seeing more and more of the old canvas style tents on campsites. Only in nice weather I might add.

It won’t let me add links but the Bell style tents are easily available.

I'd say there was a market, De Waard a Dutch company make them, they're not cheap but they are incredibly good quality. We met someone in France a few years ago with one and they said they have a strong following, they'd had theirs for years

It depends if you want to just get rid of it to someone who will get joy out of it or if you want money for it. There are plenty of scout groups about that I’m sure would definitely get enjoyment out of it. ??

Great tent for foul weather. Weil take anything our weather can throw at it. I’ve two. - Mk3 (2-3) person and Mk5 with extension (4 person). Standard kit on our mountain Région campsites in 1970’s and 80’s before geodesic domes came out.

Well said

A pretty uncalled for and pathetic comment

Fab is only any use as a social/chat site now in any case, so why not chat about anything

Sex in terms of swinging as we know it will be pretty limited from now on no matter what out preferences are.
