Is that a recommendation?

I am visiting Portsmouth in a few months and this park up looks ideal thank you for mentioning it.

I have looked on P4night is this the same park up near the Odeon cinema?

Yes plenty of room there for Motorhomes ( even with a trailer ) and yes the car park near the cinema.

It is just a large car park with a toilet block close by.

You have to read the signs and ring security to tell them you are staying there.

It’s just a park up not a campsite so no putting chairs or awnings out , and leave no mess.

Wetherspoons , bars and restaurants and cinema close by.

Look online and make sure it’s open as sometimes they have Car meetings / shows there in that car park.

Looks a great location for a stop over

I am guessing would be good for early morning ferry crossing also the uk should have more park ups available.

The far end of the other car park past the gym.

It's somewhere that I'd like to visit but always a bit anxious going to new park ups.

I'm a full time vanlifer who hasn't left Somerset yet, not as a vanlifer anyway.
