Yes, out on the downs, or the coast as much as I can when I am in Sussex, or up in the hills/mountains when I am in Wales……. Love being outdoors

We ventured east today and took in the south downs way from Cocking

Do a nice out and back 10k, to warm to go further.

Jools wearing a nice loose vest top and no bra very stiff nipple's.

Sadly only saw a couple of people on bike's flying past.
