So aftet lots of advice from all over, including here, we took the plunge and my mum has ordered a caravan. Picking it up end of the month. Shes did a towing lesson/experience last week and was ace at it! Its a smallish (well small when it was next to some of the maaaaasssive ones for sale lol!) 4 birth and ordered an awning as well for extra space.

Can you recomend good forums or facebook groups to join? We joined the newbies group on facebook but she (and me tbh) are a bit worried about asking stupid questions after reading some of the replies from experienced people on there!

We joined that group and whilst you get the odd keyboard warrior who know it all and act like complete bell ends the vast majority are really informative and helpful. We have asked lots of very simple questions about caravans and have learnt lots. Ask away how ever silly , it’s the only way to learn. Also there is the Fab Camping and Motorhome group on Facebook. Lots of fun posts on there. It’s a closed page so don’t worry your friends won’t see your posts.

It’ll make you giggle even if you learn nothing about camping and Motorhomes .

Not for technical advice no

But if you want to chat to kinky campers it's ok
