I've been there twice before... nice location as it's close to the rail station to head into Central London... went one spring and also late November to go in for the Winter Wonderland thing...

Another plus is that its walking distance from the Abbey wood terminal of the Elizabeth line, which will get you Central London in about 20 minutes.
