Perfect van for a conversion.

Mine is a long wheel base one.

not a bad bit of kit we just done a ldv convoy 2004, hi-top, can do on or off the grid, want to go bigger next year though bit its great for now, was lucky enough to have bus given me by 1 of my customers only 78k on the clock & reg as motor caravan on v5, (which is a nightmare to get registered now) done full build for less than a grand, elec, gas, timber, all cooking gear etc,, roll on next year wen we cam get away more good luck with the build ????

When doing your conversion. Look at various van layouts. You have to look at what suites you. Design it around the two of you and any hobbies that you have.

A must in most vans are toilet shower bed. And off grid power.

Make sure you insulate it well and take your time to plan it out. Wire it for solar even if you don't fit a panel right now. Great project for the winter
