Glamping Site - Durham - Interested?

The Annex

We are thinking of moving to County Durham and setting up a site with glamping pods, focussing our guests towards the kink and swinging communities

We were just wondering what the level of interest might be and any particular amenities we should consider (communal showers etc)

The pods themselves would be self contained and to a nice high standard
