Are you sure this isn't a bona fide naturist site?

Not been but know some couples who have and they say it's affiliated to British Naturist Association.

Sometimes featured in local press but only for genuine nudist activities.

Hope the weather holds, it’s lovely and relaxed but not many amenities. Not quite sure it’s hot enough this weekend

Ok, here is the lowdown on Candy Farm.

I have visited here many times over the last ten or so years and know the owners quite well.

Lovely site but for the current farm dog, who is a blasted nuisance trying to get into units and has been known to try and steal unattended food.

I have never seen any swinging take place as it is affiliated to British Naturism and the Camping and Caravaning club but that is not to say it does not happen by previous arrangement. The owners definitely do not swing, you will understand why when you meet them.

Minimal facilities, some proper toilets dotted arround the site, comunal showers with an honesty box but they can be a bit draughty. Electric hook up at 6amps is available. There is a hot tub but by the owner's invitation only.

It's a working farm so expect tractors, odd smells and a not so enticing entrance to the farm but once on the field, clothes are optional! and I was naked for most of my last 3 week stay.

Supermarkets in Bawtry (small Sainsbury), Bircotes (larger Asda and an Aldi) or into Doncaster for the warehouse sized Asds opposite the racecourse.

If you are into fishing there is Candy corner fisheries almost next door.

A very quiet site, almost no raod noise with the occasional airplane landing a Finningley airfield, the driveway off the roundabout by the golf course alongside the perimiter fence is a known dogging spot both daytime and evening.

Hope this helps.

Sad to say that Colin (the owner and main contact) passed away recently from cancer. Carol is so far keeping the camp site going.

Sad to hear, we like a venture to candy farm when we have time and weather permits. Always a good matter with Colin
