There are two answers to that question which by the way has been covered to death ever since Camping was added to the forum board.

Swingers go to campsites all over the United Kingdom

Campsites dedicated to swingers are as rare as hens teeth

There are a few swingers clubs however that do have facilities for overnight camping.

Tent, caravan or campervan ? If caravan or campervan then Eureka's in Kent, it's more of a swinging club / naturist venue with excellent facilities in the club house and it has extensive grounds with an outdoor swimming pool. They don't have facilities for tents but they do accept caravans and camper vans. Check their website. Although I haven't unfortunately been for a number of years, I and my ex have had great fun there over the years.
