We were thinking of Lakeside.

BUT, I'm guess there will still be restrictions in place, which might put a damper on the celebrations.

It would need decent weather, no snow to hamper travelling.

A bit of a dreamer me. I was thinking of a large disused factory unit or airplane hanger fitted out with artificial grass power points and heating. Just drive inside and park up. It could be used all year round for naughty couples. Ok who has access to such a building.
