My wife and I are keen on getting a van. She has one critical requirement though.

It must have a toilet. What is the best/smallest van with a toilet please?

I bought a converted 4.5 ton race van. Lots of room, sleeps 4 inside, huge storage area in the back which is where we keep the toilet while on the move. You can get built in ones, but you don't want to pong out your campervan!
