Not had a bike in a few years, I will be getting one in the New Year. Anyone got any good suggestions?

Looking for something fun as a fair weather rider. Budget of around 4k.

How do you like to ride fast on the twistys or casual cruising

Need to have a few test rides on different style bikes to give you an idea what you like
