Looking at getting from Ireland down to cap dagde across to Barcelona and back to Ireland late August September

Any advice on ferries (cheapest way) stopovers or anything else much appreciated

We think that Brittany ferries now do a direct ferry from Ireland to Santander in northern Spain if you wanted to drive across the top of Spain to the Cap.

Would think that your other alternative is to cross to Roscoff and cruise through Brittany (bonjour!!

) and head on down south.

Whether the extra cost of the crossing to Spain but the shorter drive to the Cap is cheaper against the longer drive through France but the cheaper ferry crossing.. who knows!!

Can tell you that taking the ferry to the Uk and then another one to France is more expensive (well, it was when we checked back in April!)
