Bikers Paradise and Lady Bikers both do plus size bike clothes for the ladies. I’m sure they could equip your good lady wife.

Might be a tad far for you, but I've used Hideout Leather in Saffron Walden, Kate and her team are all friendly and helpful and customized some textile trousers for my size

I’m also struggling to find anything a 50uk men’s is looking like my best option offers me zero shape though lol boobs are too big
