That’s a shame I can’t imagine what you went through xx have you thought of doing a few refreshers is it something you feel like now you’re older that life’s too short to worry about what might never be ? It’s just as easy for someone to lose a loved one in a car crash in fact more likely but yet we get in cars every day x we are more vulnerable on a motorbike that’s true but I firmly believe when your times up it’s up XX I’ve had so many accidents car accidents all sorts but I just keep pickin myself up and dusting myself off perhaps it’s a negative character trait especially when it comes to my broken heart but I’m not just alive I’m living xx maybe one day you’ll just wake up and say fuxk it because it’s such a thrill and the freedom

And peace I get in the bike is amazing

Edinburgh here, but you'll find me all over on my bike.

So sad to hear of the loss of a loved one, especially as the result of a motorcycle crash.

I had a long break from biking. It was always something that I missed. I got back through refresher training, a docile bike, and built up with more training, on and off-road (track and trail) training, and made sensible bike progression. I now have a touring bike and a track bike - best of both.

For me, it was an itch I had to scratch, I'm so glad I did.

The people you meet, the places you go, it's the best therapy bar none.
