I got the seat on my xj900 recovered with extra padding as it was too sore with the original seat after 200 miles.

I agree and have an Airhawk for my GS and my old Bonny - both seats are different shapes.

Cover about 12000 miles a year on the GS touring and never get a sore bum.

Fantastic product as long as you read the instructions and only put a little air into it!

just ordered a 'comfort' seat for the multistrada see how that goes i'm used to 500 mile days just got to get the arse back in to saddle mode after a winter in the van

I use a sheepskin cover. It's brilliant and believe it or not keeps your ass cool in Europe. Well not so sweaty as sitting on the PVC seat cover. Got a Web address for seat size sheep skin off cuts, they are a good price. Have to stitch or attach yr own seat strap. I used a punch and eye and attached elastic cord

I get it after an hour sciatica and fibro isn’t great on the bike lol I need to build up the though all day ride at minute is way off
