no its rigid wishbone frame with upswept tulip pipes and it has a '63 juice back brake with modern fatboy front end and sportster tank x

I had a harley chop, single seat, side plate, on a hard tail frame, 1200 sportser top with a beull engine. ..it won the 2002 Essex chop award best bike...broke my heart to sell her...
