Weather looks good for Monday at cadwell so going for a cheeky trackday. If you have never done one then go to your local track and have a watch of one in action. It’s free to get in then you have an idea how they run. They are addictive though

I crashed at cadwell today. Going through hall bends and just lost the front. Minor damage to bike and I’m just a bit sore and stiff. Roll on the next one
