I have 4 now and Mrs F just the 1

Well done passing your test. Try looking to improve your skills and take an advanced riding course, best thing we did. A great set of skills

Yep don't think of it as the end of your training, just the start of your riding knowledge that can always be improved upon, I have 40 odd years and still learning.

Cogratulations op.

Just remember....they are trying to kill you.

If you have time to swear at them you had time to avoid them, it dont matter who's in the wrong.....stay alive.

Congratulations OP.

Some good advice already given especially the advance riding.

Best thing I did was the FOBS course (First Biker On the Scene) which I first did about 6 years ago. Go back each year to do it. It's come on handy 8-10x so far and in two cases I will say it may have save a life.

I'd go as far as saying it should be mandatory for bikers to do it it's that good.

We took IAM a few years ago. What an eye opener. I ended up being an observer and did it for 2 years. Priceless experience. They have rebranded their name bur I can't recall it, must be my age

Did a bike safe course run by the police, would recommend that as a step towards full advanced courses

Did my A2 here in Spain 3 years ago all in Spanish for bikes even though you can take the car test in English , Chinese , French and German as well as Spanish .

I then got my A licence over a year ago and enjoyed the difference in the power of bikes going from 47 hp to unlimited .

I never felt the urge to do it in the UK too wet and cold I suppose , so i commend all you guys , I know i am a fair weather rider but we do get over 300 days of sunshine a year

Ride safe everyone

Also you used to get a discount from a bike safe course towards yr IAM course.
