Hiya thinking of getting a Ducati 1200 multistrada. Anyone got any experience opinions about these bikes. Be grateful to hear any pros cons. Cheers

Do you mean the older 1200 twin or the newer V4? An acquaintance had the V4 & has recently traded it for a new V2 Multistrada as he found it just too big and heavy, he mentioned the V2 has got enough grunt as it's still about 120hp.

Also, check out the servicing costs of the V4

its a heavy bike...i was surprised at its weight...

dont trust servicing...i went over mine after buying it

needed belts ..plugs fuel filter..fuel sender unit...new chain n sprockets..and fresh fluids all round ...

also gear position indicator and fuel sendet unit went bad...and skyhook suspension electrical gremlins

Thanks for the replies. It is a 2015 V2 model with 28k on it. Heard they had electrical problems but Coming from a dealer so hopefully all sorted.

For that amount of cash, treat yourself to a MV Agusta F4,

Whether the F4 1000s, F4 1000R, F4 312R or the F4 RC

All amazing head turning bikes with performance that's off the charts.
