Anyone from Scotland use their bike all year round? I do, but getting a bit colder now, but sometimes you just have to say 'to hell with it' wrap up warm and waterproofs and go for it.

I do, within reason.

Snow and ice - no thanks, quite like having the ability to walk!!

Couple years ago, rode to work on Xmas day. Made working on Xmas day a bit better!

I had to use my bike last year in the winter when my car was off the road for a week. Was -3° a couple of mornings. Thankfully its not too far to my work. The cold doesn't bother me as long as its not icy or snowing.

I use my 125 for commuting in the winter. If I remember there was only 3 days I didn't take it to work due to road conditionslast winter.

It's not the cold or the rain it's the black ice n salt I hate. Used to use my old fz6 all year as didn't mind the salt eating it. Now can't be arsed cleaning salt off bike all the time so looks like long old winter season for me till they stop gritting roads

Hi Funguy, I do yeah. There are always some cracking days over the winter. Just invested in a pair of RST heated gloves which combined with the heated grips are ideal. Just up the road north of Perth

Dark nights also with all the bloody animals running out on the road and blinding LED headlights on all the cars these days. I feel you!!!
