Looking to solo the NC500 in June anyone done it solo on here, any tips ? Also who’s along the route ?

Good weather report to see what’s best way.

Rain front to west coast go up east side anti-clockwise. Hopefully by time you come down west side rain slipped east.

If weather good no worries.

Driving round anti-clockwise is slightly less busy than coming clockwise as recommended route is clockwise with more traffic.

Got my tent delivered yesterday, I plan on wild camping most of the journey, thanks for the tips guys, I also plan on doing the route anti clockwise as the views are meant to get increasingly better as you ground this direction can’t wait

Good campsite at thurso over looking the sea Wont get properly dark at night still light at 11 pm then sun back up at 3am
