Nope. You need to totally trust the rider in order to be relaxed enough and even then it depends on the type of engine and vibrations it creates (in my opinion). Personally found a v-twin best for that x

It depends a lot on both the person and the bike. Mr. P had a girlfriend eons ago who got off big time on the vibes from an old parallel twin. It also caused bits to fall off the bike quite regularly but that was tolerated for the happy side effects.

Moto Guzzi transverse v I borrowed had a very definate affect on a friend whom although enjoys odd ride out said my Kawasaki twin doesn’t do what the Guzzi did guess it’s part of the Italian design lol and I’m looking now to buy a Mandelo x
