I’ve got a 2006 VN2000. Put 11k miles on the first season before parking it for the winter. Next spring it stopped shifting. Something is going on inside the bottom end. And it only has 22k total miles

We went along to Honda Newcastle Saturday gone while we were at triumph picking up a new seat. Nothing in there inspired me and I used to be a Honda guy. Everything looked bland compared to the new triumohs

"02 VN1500 Mean Streak here"

I had one of these a few years back, brilliant bike and pulled like a train. Corners sometimes caught me out a bit as I had a Fireblade prior and with the power of the meanstreak forgot it didn't handle like the Blade..... oops

Absolute brilliant bike, and all depends how you ride them in fairness mine can go round a corner better than some blaides can.

Deffinately becoming a rare bike now in the u.k not many come up for sale, i was lucky to get mine from a close friend for half the price of what they sell for

Just had an engine rebuild on her so need get starter fixed and back on the road for the better weather coming.

My experience was it was great at speed but corners had to be planned half a mile away. No way better than my blade but very exciting or maybe I should say interesting. Got rid of it solely as I couldn't scratch it about due to the weight and rake.

Standard they handle abit crap, iv got 4" risers 10" bars mustang seats but i believe one of the previous owners had played with it and it goes round corners for fun or it's just how i ride it one or the other haha, might keep it for another year yet depending.

918 blaides are a lethal vit of fun rode one many times, i do miss my Fazer 1000 though that was amazing
