"Hope a Harley boy can answer me this? Been on the road on a bike since passing my test at 17 many years ago, I have always acknowledged bikers and years ago nearly all bikers would give you a nod or a wave back! Nowadays alot pretend that they haven't even seen you? But most Harley riders only seem to greet each other and think they are a cut above eveyone else when more often than not they are not the most capable of riders and it's all about image (fat beer bellies and tassled jackets and piss pot helmets! I feel terrible saying this but in the last couple of years when I no it's a Harley coming the other way I automatically give them the middle finger as a greeting. Terrible I know but just can't help it! " Bit closed minded if you ask me. I've just recently got a harley and let onto everyone. Don't paint everyone with the same brush for the actions of the few

I agree, a fair few Harley riders are knobs but, so are a lot of others with differing types of ride. We can only try to redeem the situation by keeping our own standrds up. Old skool
