Anyone dealt with 4th dimensions

My bike got knocked down by someone reversing into it and it has been sent to 4th dimensions for repairs anyone had any dealings with this company?

It's a personal bias but they screwed me over (or maybe the place who "serviced" my bike the week before did).

Got smidsy'd while filtering and their inspection claimed loads of faults that the insurers used to refuse to pay my half of the claim.

Things like "fork seals failed" of course they were, I had to ride 5 miles home with bent forks.

"Handlebars misaligned and bent", no shit - a car sent me flying.

The chain was almost at end of its life- I'll give them that

Yes I was knocked off my bike last summer quite a bit of damage to it and my insurance used 4th dimension and I was well impressed with the service and the quality of the work done on my bike, they even changed after market products I put on it for genuine Triumph products. The were 2 weeks over estimated date of finishing but well worth it. Hope you get the same satisfaction as I had.

They have written my bike off for a broken foot peg bracket, two indicators and a broken side fairing. No option to buy the bike back off them the only good thing is I'm getting what I paid for the bike as it wasn't my fault.

Which to me sounds like they've already patched it up and are going to make a tidy profit on it.

At least you got your money back for it.
