I've a bit of land about 10 minutes away from devils bridge, this summer gone I've had a few mates up visiting for a bit of a camp out. Great area, quiet and with toilet/running water/tons of parking.

So I was thinking about running a bit of a camp out weekend next summer (after I've got hay in). Was thinking a group ride round a local route, camp the night for socials play etc. Just a do in a field. Bring booze and such.

Bike show?

Bikini bike wash?

Mankini bike wash?

Plenty of space but would probably limit it at about 40.

Wood fired hot tub available too if you aren't scared of a homemade contraption.

Any ideas welcome but do you think we could get a shindig out of it?

I think I'll have a try at it, maybe try for some group rides as the weather comes right. And if it goes on I don't care if there isn't a huge turnout but could turn it into something more regular

Sounds like a great idea. I would love a bit of accessible land to escape to but prices leapt up during Covid and now it seems paying off the mortgage is more of a priority.

I stay at “Glyns field “ near Morfa Dyfryn naturist beach. Very basic facilities (portaloos and water taps) but improvise for showering. Great big field with an area where the naturists go. Also you can use the bar/restaurant in the Seaside caravan park a few hundred meters away.

It'll be late summer if all goes well, probably just a camp out big bonfire etc. I'd like to keep it simple at first. Ride out, beer round bonfire. Big social with all the antics folk want

Gotta get my hay in first and then the field will be clear.

I'll be about at devils bridge for the bank holiday if anyone wants to discuss or have a nose at the spot.

Single toilet on site, shower too.

I'll swing a more definite date when I know my farming timeline. Will give at least a month's notice and I'll hang about in the forum's a bit more

A group of biker mates organised a weekend BBQ, you held it at your place asking for people to bring food, beer etc.

Go out for a blast on the Saturday, before heading home in the Sunday.

We have friends on here who have a small swingers campsite near Perth, gem of a place. Their next camping date for couples is in the camping section. We have 5 couples confirmed so far. Their user name is 'wild and free camping'
