"Mr F had a 750 and vowed never to own another aprilla again. Spent more time in the dealer (4x for the same coolant leak) than it did in his garage in a year and that is no exaggeration"

" Mr F had a 750 and vowed never to own another aprilla again " I will never own another Aprilla again. Absolute shambles of a company. I once owned a Mille R. Fantastic bike (when it ran) , completely destroyed by God awful engineering and pathetic after sales service. Once had the bike languishing at the dealers for almost a month because he couldn't source a part. So they supplied a crappy mid-range courtesy bike. A bike that tied me in knots every time I rode it because the insurance excess was basically the price of the bike! Then that failed so the dealer provided an ER5 , until he finally sources the part. Took an absolute beating on the trade in, but I walked out of that dealership with a massive weight lifted.
