Mr F had a 750 and vowed never to own another aprilla again

Spent more time in the dealer (4x for the same coolant leak) than it did in his garage in a year and that is no exaggeration

How very dare you sully the good name of Aprilia?! My first bike was a baby RS125 and it gave many hours of fun... In the short periods of time it wasn't in bits back at the dealer that is, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. And as a strapping slightly chunky six footer I must've looked daft on it, but it was all I could afford. Blaming that on Aprilia too!

(But I still cheer for them in MotoGP.)

I will never own another Aprilla again. Absolute shambles of a company. I once owned a Mille R. Fantastic bike (when it ran) , completely destroyed by God awful engineering and pathetic after sales service.

Once had the bike languishing at the dealers for almost a month because he couldn't source a part. So they supplied a crappy mid-range courtesy bike. A bike that tied me in knots every time I rode it because the insurance excess was basically the price of the bike! Then that failed so the dealer provided an ER5 , until he finally sources the part.

Took an absolute beating on the trade in, but I walked out of that dealership with a massive weight lifted.
