Getting a werid noise when coming down the revs sounds like a fan is kicking in never heard it before. Any advice or anyone with a cbr600rr its a 09 plate.

Be more specific if you can,

Hot/cold engine temp.

Sound change at different speeds/gears or just revs,

Does it do it when stationary or moving only.

Did you look around the bike to see if anythings loose/worn.

If your not sure best bring it to a local mechanic.

Does it hot or cold and will usually do it coming down the revs until about 3-4 thousand then it stops doesn't do it at idle or when the bike is revved up stationary. Checked all around for anything loose but didn't see anything.

check the exhaust valve

it could be corroded and getting a bit sticky

could account for the odd noise with it sticking open
