"Woodlands for me again. Been every year silverstone have hosted, and tho i hate the track, i love the atmosphere on campsite. The comedy club on thursday through to big me on saturday night" it is a good event.... but the track is terrible for bikes considering what other tracks the UK has to offer

All of which have been vastly improved" It’s the track now. Without serious investment in the gravel run offs on many parts of the track it doesn’t meet MOTOGP safety standards, and MSV doesn’t appear to want to invest. It’s also logistically tricky to do that and then provide enough seating in stands because of the hilly nature of the circuit. MSV seem happy enough with WSBK as their blue riband bike event. Agree that it’s a much better track than Silverstone, especially from a spectators perspective if you’re Camping infield.

"I was there fir the F1. Woodlands was disgusting. Toilets stopped working Thursday, well every evening really. 4 sinks to do washing up. Only 2 worked. 2 other fields using woodlands facilities. Took me 5 hours to get out the campsite. They have closed the exit you normally use to the left of the field. First time in that campsite. Never again. " Woodlands is normally fantastic. Always cleaners around the shower and toilet blocks. Never out of hot water or loo roll, so god knows what happened this year as ive heard so many bad reports about f1

"Who will be attending next years gp. Was a poor attendance of 41k sunday. Im sure last time it was 90" No British interest in the premier class, no Marquez and Rossi retiring…. Plus Silverstone is a crap circuit for watching… Wouldn’t surprise me if we lost our slot in the calendar in the next couple of years to a wealthy oil nation, regardless of their human rights records…. It certainly felt busy on Sunday…. Maybe they need to have a look at ticket prices too. Bloody expensive for what is effectively three races over a whole weekend compared to BSB and even WSBK where there’s loads of races. MSV are greedy bastards…. Always have been and always will be. It will eventually bite them on the arse

To me, any 2 minute long lap for a bike is too long. 20 laps and see 15 seconds, where as donno is 30 laps, and see 1/3 of track. Did my survey yesterday and told them everything is way o.t.t price wise. Food, beer, tickets etc. Said the reason food was too pricey was silverstone ripping vendors off for their pitch. One told me a few years ago, for a small burger van, was 15k for 2 pitches. Joke

"No Rossi, no bank holiday weekend and Silverstone prices are to blame. Think it was around 60k last year. Never been 90 since it was at Donington." The record is 122k on raceday, 105k on saturday but doesnt say what year that was

If it was to go to an MSV circuit we would all be happy as they own Donny.
