I’d like saddle bags and one duffle bag for across the seat

On my Fireblade I have some throw over Oxford panniers and a dry bag across my rear seat which carries my tent, sleeping bag, roll mat. It's a larger bag than I strictly need, probably 50 or 60 litres but I could get away with about 40 l. Let me know if you want a pic of my bike loaded up.

I’ve spent a lot of money on soft luggage, too much

my latest it the Mosko Moto Reckless 80 great kit. Had 2 weeks in the Pyrenees & this was perfect especially for a wet tent as it has a bevertail I could tuck it under then dry it as the sun got hotter.

I was told by a naval officer, put your stuff in individual dry bags, Tshirts, trousers, bras & knickers, etc. then put them in a big dry bag, possibly a 40 to 60l depending how much gear you need.
