"Any advice on a first bike? X"

Don’t spend too much money better picking f up a second hand 600cc thereabouts bound to drop it a few times usually in busy car parks and then move onto something more expensive and or bigger

Unless you’re stinking filthy rich and can afford bumps scrapes etc

I bought two second hand neither owe me money before I bought brand new and the new one has had more bumps and knocks lol

We have a few. Bought a Triumph Explorer 1200 2016 model 3 years ago to replace the 2009 Honda Pan European ST1300. So I took the Pan to get an MOT and realised how much I loved it, as had it from new, I just couldn't part with it. It's took us all round Europe several time and never missed a beat. Bikes are for keeping not selling

Doing the 125 restricted? Or Direct access?

CG125 for l plate riding..so forgiving of mistakes and 97mpg for lots of practice.

If restricted go to a 250 or one of the 33kw 300/350s..

First big bike I recommend an uprigrht trailie like..

Ktm duke single cyl 500

But my favouritestest is my newly imported 1980 Yamaha XT500. Always makes me smile like a lunatic (after I've got the fucker started!)
