Near Wells

You will be absolutely knackered after.

The only advice I can offer is plenty of sleep before hand and drink plenty of fluids. You need to be feeling at your best in terms of fitness etc.

Best of luck and hope it goes well. Let us know how you get on.

As said above start your fluids and correct food the day before

You will be amazed how much more tired you feel having rubbish food the night day before

Enjoy push while yo are in control of the bike when the bike starts taking control of you slow down and guess what more fluids

Good luck and enjoy

Out of interest a enduro or H&H

Great don’t go to hard from the start remember it’s still a endurance event, and Keep drinking if you havnt highly advice a camel back device so you can drink on the move, especially if there is some fire roads or just flat field sections

Recover and rehydrate

Ride your own Race.

Remember a H&H is all about consistent Lap times.

Start slow and save energy it’s easier to take your time over obstacle rather that lose time/energy by crashing !

If a 3 hour race plan for only one fuel stop, so a camel pack definitely a good idea.
