Near Wells

RIP.

My favourite comments "Sheene takes his hand of the handlebars and waves to Kenny Roberts".

As Barry Sheene sticks two fingers up to Kenny Roberts.

Silverstone Gp 1979 I think.

Bloody good commentator, sadly missed and in reference to that race, that was definitely an edge of the seat on to watch

Stockton

Not only a commentator but a great ambassador for motorsport all round, as well as a tank commander under Monty and author of some advertising masterpieces too....'Opal fruits made to male your mouth water..' and 'A Mars a day helps you ...'

Rest in peace!
