I can only speak for Sydney and there is not much of a lifestyle compared to the UK. There is one official club but that is more for couples but they do allow single men on some. nights.

Check out nbo (nude bi orgies). They hold regular parties and are fun. Their preference is bi guys but quite a few women attend their parties.

Otherwise it's Kings cross where you will find lots of strip clubs.
