| Have been to this club on a number of occasions both before and since the change of ownership. I have always found it to be friendly and welcoming, and have managed to play on every occasion. Like all clubs the owners do not have a crystal ball as to how many couples / single ladies will attend even when they do book in and say they are attending but then don't turn up. this is one club that if they do not have the right balance of single guys will turn guys away if they have not booked first, giving those who have booked and turned up and paid a chance. I for one will continue to attend and support the club and wish the new owners every success in their venture |

| Have to agree with the first comment on the 26th May - lots of fella...ladies sitting around just general chit chat & no action...Certainly wasn't what I know of a greedy girls night to have been. I stayed from mid afternoon to early evening and didn't see a thing. It was like the lads meeting up at the pub and taking about every day items. Couples who did come in just stayed in their groups.The previous owner at least walked you around and then invited the lads forward to see the girls playing. Great venue - disappointing staff rapport and hosting. |

| Attended on a Friday, First time I have been since it has under new ownership and wasn't disappointed. As ever the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming to all and the new layout worked splendidly.
Will be returning if I am that way again |

| I hate writing negative reviews.
We entered the club, it looked like a taxi rank. There was no dress sense, dirty white trainers was ok. It's not classy, clean or sexy. Not for us anyway. I wish the new owners well who are trying and very welcoming. |

| Attended route 69 on Friday. Made to feel really welcome as per usual. Very friendly relaxed club. We were soon off to the play rooms for some fun & invited a few others to join us, let's just say the others were more than willing to join in & a great night of horny sex was had by all concerned ! Until the next time, S&J. x. |

| Well what can we say after going to Swindon to find club closed we headed to Weston to route 69 with a male friend in tow and what a good turn to the night fab company. Great buffet a great time had by all keep up the good work we need more clubs like this small clean friendly we we be definatly going back again |

| Haven't been to the club for a few months but the new owners were friendly and welcoming and the new rooms and layout looked great. It was a friendly, fun atmosphere and a very enjoyable night. |

| I have attended the club on numerous occasions and always find it fun and well attended. it is a good starter club for those that are new to swinging as it is not pushy and they do restrict the number of single men |

| I always find route 69 welcoming and friendly in a non-pushy environment. Jacqui and Steve the owners are great hosts and have updated some areas and changed the layout of the lounge to promote communication between customers. The relaxed atmosphere here among like minded people is the beauty of this club. |

| I went to Route69 last night although quiet i found the club relaxing and fun as always. Jackie and Steve have made some great changes to the club which i have attended since it opened and intend to keep going as often as i can. When you go to any club there are never any guarantees of how many couples or single girls will attend all the owners can do is offer a venue and a theme.

| went yesterday'(greedy girls)what bollocks that was! I know last owner hostess was a hard act to follow but to not even try. arrived 130pm walked down stairs into well a crypt no hostess? a club with no hostess!! 10 men and 1 girl, who I did play with and friend on this site. But to put so many open invitations on the meets page and portray this as an event it was clearly not was misleading. when owners finally showed up at 7pm walked down into the crypt, no introduction no hostess skills just walked behind the bar checking the books and the takings. with all the guys just looking at the walls so be warned what the owners and friends are trying to portray will not await you on arrival. shame what a contrast to my last visit. |

| We were a little apprehensive about visiting due to the takeover, I dont know what we were worried about Jacqui & Steve have done a great job at maintaining the club and keeping standards high, We had a really fun evening. | It's good to see that the new owners of Route69 - Jacqui & Steve - have made every attempt to keep up the high standards set by Theresa and Tony & succeeded. The club is still spotlessly clean each time I go there, the buffet on Saturday nights are as good as ever - the change-over seems to have been seamlessly done in fact.
I look forward to returning to the club as often as I can to see old friends and make new ones. |

| Jacqui and Steve the new owners of route 69 are a lovely young couple. They bring a new vitality to the club, easy to get on with and cheerful. They have fun joining others in the playrooms. Guys beware of Jacqueline with the ice. Be back again very soon. |

| As a regular at Route69 for the last 18 months, I think it is very unfair for Samantha to judge the whole club and its attitude towards TV's on an ignorant comment by 2 people who probably weren't even regular customers. I can verify that ALL people have always been welcome to the club without prejudice - straight, bi, gay, TV, transgender - I've seen all given the same friendly treatment.
I can't comment on the mix up over the entry fee though to the best of my knowledge, they allow TVs in free if they arrive at the club already dressed but are treated as single males if they wish to change when they arrive. That seems to be their rule anyway, going by past experience.
I hope the experience hasn't put Samantha off. I admire people who are brave enough to experiment with gender reversal or however you want to describe it. Maybe she would feel more at ease at a fetish club? |

| I've attended this club several times with my friend. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming to everyone and are completely non judgemental. They make everyone feel confident comfortable.
Have used the playrooms and swing but there is no pressure to get play if you just want to chill and relax.
I find Samantha's comments below offensive and so far from reality. |

I attended some time ago with a lady friend, it was my first time out to a club & in public, (dressed as Sammy)so we called to check TV's were welcome, we were told "yes we have lots of TV's in here", so I got my confidence up & off we headed, bearing in mind this place is bang in the heart of a very busy night life, so just to find the hole in wall entrance had me panicking, when we finally found it, we entered into a basement, was greeted by the hosts, then went up to the toilet, on the way back to the bar we were blocked on the stairs by 2 guys who looked my female friend up & down, then as she squeezed past they saw me & their faces looked amazed, as I passed I heard "eeewww its a tranny,"
I wanted to leave instantly, it took me months to get to that point, only to be made to feel like a 6 legged dwarf with 2 heads or something,,, after 5 minutes of being there, got a few strange & unimpressed looks from the bar, so I left,
my female friend complained, the host was very apologetic & kindly offered that if we were to return, we would be allowed free entry seeing as we had travelled a fair way & not even had a drink,
so,,,,,, last night my lady friend mailed the host to say "would it be ok to come along & use the free pass offered previously"
"yes sure, come along you wont be charged"
so,,,,, once again we travelled from wales to this place, since the last time I haven't tried a club as Samantha, unless its been a gay/bi venue. so went along in male mode, on entry my lady friend was asked for £20, she said "I`ve been told I won`t be charged, I`m owed a free entry",,,, " I doubt that" my friend was told, in front of a bar full of people, (very rude & unprofessional) "I did message earlier to check" replied my lady friend to which the bartender sighed & walked off, she came back saying "she`s on her way",, shortly after I`m guessing it was the hostess, came up & said hello, my friend explained she`d messaged & was told to come along for free entry, the hostess then said "I thought you were coming alone, I would have let you in for free"
haha forgive me if I`m wrong,,,,, but ALL single fems can enter for free, why would she message if she were attending alone? besides it was myself who was made to feel unwelcome on the previous occasion, & we did pay in as a couple, so the free pass should have been for a couple, surely,,,
it was very rude & very unprofessional of the club, & yet again another wasted journey from wales, if anyone is thinking of going along I would personally avoid, TV's (trannies as they are referred to there) are not welcome & the hostess has no manners, respect or etiquette, I can only assume the clientele share the same qualities, hence they all get along nicely,
we will personally advise anyone who asks to avoid like the plague,
I have chameleons very near to my place, & though not always full of people, everyone is always welcomed, the staff are friendly & non judgemental, & no one ever makes anyone else feel uncomfortable, we have been to over 15 clubs in the uk, & not once ever made to feel this way, nor have we seen anyone else treated this way, |

| Went to Route 69 last night, and had a great time. Thought it was really friendly and made to feel very welcome. We were slightly daunted by the bright interior of the rooms when we first went in, but don't let it put you off as you don't notice it when you are havibg fun.

The welcome was wonderful and the host was sublime.
Had a few plays which were simply divine.
definitely will return and can't wait for the next time.
If you are new to the club scene this is the place to be, you will be welcomed.

| First ever club visit today. Met the gorgeous Teresa and her team. The club is clean, has some great themed rooms and the people there were very friendly. Realky looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend Route 69 to all - well worth a visit |

| visited club on Wednesday when they say all welcome they mean it!! not like steamers quay if couples are kept apart from singles it is couples only!!.at route 69 you mix and socialise together with very nice friendly people. club is spotless hostess very nice lots of room to play and play I did lots!. highly recommend this club you are made to feel welcome to play not excluded as I said above. |
