| I attended the club last night for Newbie night, all the staff were welcoming and friendly, the people i did manage to speak too were also really nice friendly and approachable. There was a good number of Newbies and regulars to talk too.
I will hopefully be back for another Newbie night. |

| A lovely night was spent with some amazing couples. The staff is nice and helpful, and even though the weather was awful, it did not dampen their spirits. It's a lovely, clean, and well-organised club. The rooms are fantastic, and the hot tub—well, that got a lot of action. I got naked and walked about and no one bothered with it, felt safe and welcome, will visit again. Jasmine all seven foot of her, love to friend you. |

| A Fabulous! night indeed for this Greedy Girl! The club has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and I've been several times with my husband on Saturdays. Last night was my second visit as a unicorn for greedy girls night, and holy crap, did I get the attention I needed! There's super sweet regulars I already feel incredibly comfortable with, as well and exciting new guys too. I really made the most of the attention last night, and everyone was respectful, while making me feel sexy as fuck!
And I believe I'm the "skinny red haired woman" a previous reviewer was looking for! I'll take that for a description!
The staff are the sweetest! Welcoming me back like old an friend, looking out for everyone, and I had a really sweet message exchange with them today too.
Consider me a regular, please xx |

| I attend as many greedy girls nights as I can but last night was the best of all.
Plenty of new playmates to add to the regular crowd. Don't think I've seen so many groups playing before.
Let's hope Hush Hush is as good on Saturday. |

| I always go to Greedy Girls but this week a fwb asked me to join him at DV8. Wanting to explore my kinks more I'm so glad I did. What a night. Messaged slightly late but was welcomed. I always feel at home at the Annex but was a little apprehensive joining a different scene. I cannot thank everyone enough who welcomed us and introduced me to new play and opened my mind. This certainly won't be my last visit to DV8. A certain young lady D was fantastic with my play mate. Thanks to all for new found pleasure xx |

| Went to this club for the first time as a single male, a first for me, as my partner couldn’t go. As I had a couple profile, despite attending alone, Dave treated me as a couple. I was given a warm welcome and a thorough tour. The venue is small, but that added to its appeal, and well themed. There are no lockers, but there are cubby holes for clothes etc. They keep hold of your phone, and any valuables behind the bar, and sensibly put your car key with it, which prevents you forgetting they have your valuables and drive off with out them!
The greedy girls night was a busy night and fun. The staff and attendees were a friendly bunch and made me feel welcome. I will be returning Friday to see what the Friday Vibe is like, and will definitely attend as a couple too. |

| Visited the club this evening for a Greedy Girls event, upon first impressions the club seemed limited and a bit on the small side, but it really made up for it from the friendliness of their staff and the regulars. Everyone was really welcoming. I was really well managed and they understand what people want and need. It is clean. It’s the people that really make it. |

| As we were in the area for the weekend we thought we would try out The Annex on the Friday afternoon. The club was smaller than we expected but very much like the photos. It was also reasonably busy and it was nice to chat with others there who generally a very friendly bunch. A special mention for Michelle and Claire, the hosts. As first time visitors we were shown around and made to feel very welcome. Once the fun started in the cinema room Mrs L was very quick to join in, soon followed by Mr R
We enjoyed a fun afternoon and only its distance will hold off a return visit, which we will make at some point. |

| I attended The Annex’s Ice Breaker newbie night on the 31st of May 2024 and was very impressed with the club.
Firstly it is ran well and all of the staff go the extra mile to allow all newbies to feel relaxed and safe. They are friendly, and all experienced within the scene. The members I met were friendly and talkative. This is very rare in some clubs and marks this club as unique.
The facilities are clean and well set out and the rules for people in rooms playing are adhered to by the members and enforced in an appropriate manner by staff.
The parking is good and very discreet as the club is away from busy public areas. The only bad thing is this is very far away, but I would visit again and soon too.

| Our second visit to the Annex, bi night this time, and it was fabulous. A great little club. Well run with friendly staff and guests. Had a lovely vibe to it with plenty of socialising as well as plenty of play. The rooms are with a variety of beds, themes and equipment. Will be back soon. |

| We finally had our first, long awaited visit to this club last night. First off, the staff are excellent, friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their club and clientele. The decorations are all of very high order and the rooms are as comfortable as I've seen in a club. We met some great people and did not feel slightly awkward whilst there.
Thank you all to the staff whom were all excellent and we look forward to seeing everyone again at some point when our diary allows! |

| I am a big fan of the Annex for both the Swing and Fetish scenes with plenty general events and specialist events to attend.
Whether you’re looking for unicorns, couples, greedy girls, spanking parties and high protocol events. I am sure the Annex can cater to your interests.
The club is well equipped for play space, BDSM furniture with a purpose built dungeon with plenty of impact play toys to use.
After you have expended enough energy playing you can take a relaxing dip in the hot tub that can fit 6-8 people comfortable. Just remember bang on the wall, so the bar staff can turn the bubbles on for you!
The Annex is well worth a visit if you have not been before!
