| Attended last night for the bi night and whilst it wasn't as busy as usual it was still a fantastic night and the staff were as wonderful as always.
The hot tub was absolutely lovely and had some great conversations whilst relaxing (don't need bubbles to enjoy the hottub but they did work)
Had some great playtime with some wonderful people and even the wanking dead single males who think if they get their cock out they will get jumped on didn't spoil it. Will be back soon. :-) |

| Third time attending the club yesterday evening, a bit hit and miss again.
Pro’s are that it’s cheap, in comparison to other clubs, but there’s always a reason for that..
In this instance, it means that the clientele isn’t anything to write home about.
I think we were the youngest in there by about 20 years, which was disappointing.
Real lack of play going on too, which isn’t really the clubs fault of course, but it was just a little underwhelming for a Saturday evening, to be honest.
Staff friendly though, and the cinema room is a nice added touch - ‘hot tub’ is essentially a big bath, again, not the most appealing (do the bubbles work or?)
5/10 all in all. |

| Lovely place with nice people. I have been there at Greedy Girls party and I had a lovely experience. I will gladly recommend the place. To be honest I already told to some of my friends about my fabulous experience and we will come back. 5stars!!! |

| I went to my first Fab Friday last night. I really enjoyed myself. I got to use my new floggers in the dungeon. I really enjoy attending DV8 and passions at the Annex. I always learn something new when I go to those events |

| I had such a fantastic night at the bi weekly greedy girls night. Everyone is so friendly from Paul on the door to the funny sexy bar lady.
People were playing in every room which I was pulled into as I was enjoying watching.

| First time visit to the club and to a gready girl event. Both where fantastic, a friendly welcome from the staff and shown around. Very clean and has good facilities, clean stations etc, safe place to store ur phone/keys behind the bar and changing area and store any bags,towls and cloths.
Got straight into chatting to the lovely guest there, really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of great rooms there inc largis hottube and wasn't soon until the fun started.
Highly recommend both the club and the event will definitely be going back..

| Yesterday I went back to the monthly BiNight after not having been able to attend for a while - and it was great to find a busy crowd of sexy, friendly, playful people. The hosts are welcoming and committed to making a safe and inclusive environment. The facilities still provide plenty of opportunities for fun and games, and there was plenty going on! | Been visiting the Annex quite a few times now. Our first time (in any club) was in the summer for the ‘Sex on the beach’ house party night.
An extremely welcoming and friendly club, clean and always capacitated by a large mixed of friendly swingers.
The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a happy and safe visit.

| Myself and my lady attended the couples and unicorns night. Great venue and wonderful staff as always. The allure of the playrooms was too much for us to resist ;). I have also been dubbed “the Viking” which was interesting. An overabundance of couples does make identifying unicorns more difficult though. |

| My first time visiting today for Fab Friday. Was given a quick helpful tour before I then began chatting to a fab couple. Glad they was there as numbers were a bit low (according to others) so I found myself regularly in rooms with them and enjoying some fun. Probably best it wasn’t busy as it can be a fair bit to take in for myself as someone who’s never done anything like this before. Everyone was really friendly though and there was no issues at all, just happy people getting pleasure. Really glad I went and I encourage others to give it a go too if you are on the fence like I was. Already looking at my schedule to see when I can come back. Great venue! |
