| Wow. We've been to the Annex a few times over the past few years and last night was the best night ever. We met a few old friends, made some new ones and had the steamiest, group session ever. Everyone was so friendly and very respectful. Will definitely be back again soon. |

| Always fabulous to be back on a Friday lunch time meeting. Pleasure to see Claire, David, and Michele hosting, they are always welcoming to see old and new faces.
I had a wonderful time with a special couple that I had planned to meet there and was not disappointed.
If you are looking for a small, friendly club you will not find better in the region with the perfect host you have found at the Annex.

| Went to this club for the first time this afternoon and had a great time, very nice tour by the lovely Michelle and a lot of fun in the gloryhole rooms! The hot tub is great and we'd never been at a porn theater like that before, it wasnt too busy which was nice when going for the first time so you can get your bearings. Had a good chat at the end after the fun too, so if you read this and recognise us please send a message! |

| Did a recon mission wit my partner o Friday midday and we couldn’t be happier with the welcome and the venue. Relaxed in the hot tub and explored the rooms, all lovely. Will definitely be back for a bi night. |

| Went to the latest Greedy girl night. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to attend. As usual had a great night socialising and a little play with someone I’d previously met and a hot Irish lady that was visiting the area. Hopefully I get the chance to repeat with both in the future? Club very welcoming and hopefully it’s not too long before I visit again. |

| ...As a "Newbie" I took the plunge as a single guy.
Love this place. So friendly..! It's well worth the 90 mins drive to get there.

| Last night (Saturday 20th) we attended the House Party, this was the first time we’d been to The Annex. As soon as we entered we knew we’d made the right choice to visit. The reception was friendly and informative, with a bit of humour thrown in. This is such a welcoming and inclusive club, everyone there was friendly, very welcoming and eager to say hello and chat. We were shown around by the host, also such a nice, honest and genuine person.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks to everyone |

| My first time at The Annex last night with my man. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a really good mix of people to chat to. The rooms are all a good size with plenty of different ‘themes’ giving good opportunities for play.

| Visited on the chill out Friday play (12th)
It’s my first and only club I’ve been too. Had an amazing night! After putting it off for so long, looking back I really don’t know why I did! I made the right choice, Great friendly welcoming staff, hosts and guests that put you at ease and are there to have good conversations with.
If you are looking to go to a club for a first time or any time, I would happily recommend here!
