| Started coming here a few months ago. It’s my first and only club I’ve been too. I made the right choice, Friendly and welcoming staff/hosts who put you at ease and have good conversation with. Well kept facilities and clean/comfy beds ;) always a great party, themes, music and host wise. The most important thing is, as a single woman, coming here on my own, I always feel safe, comfortable and have a fun time. The staff and hosts are big on safety and that shows. There are rules for a reason. If you are looking to go to a club for a first time or any time, I would happily recommend here. Thank you for having me x |

| If you’re thinking about visiting The Annex, please don’t hesitate. The team are so warm and welcoming and instantly put you at ease as soon as you arrive. You’re treated with kindness and dignity. The club rules are clearly outlined and we appreciated that. The venue is clean and well-serviced. We enjoyed chatting with the team as well - they’re super friendly and made everyone at ease. The Host are absolutely amazing is always amazing entertainment with absolutely friendly sexy people attending. Lots of play going on in the rooms as well. Just an absolutely awesome atmosphere to attend and enjoy your night. |

| We have been the the annex multiple times now and consider to be regulars, but just as of lately we feel things have started to slip especially on the rules and ratios single guys attending events (to manny) even events specifically structured for couples and single fems ONLY but they are still allowed into the event. The rules should be stricter and enforced not “I’m friends with the owner I’m allowed” nonsense.
Also the events are practically the same every month with no difference other than “dressing up”, no real entertainment and the music is different in the bar area to what’s being played in the room which is not a good clash, don’t get us wrong we have a great night’s but gets rather boring month after month.
Any way don’t be put off as the club is a good intimate club a bit like going to your local seeing regular faces.
The staff (Josh & bex) cannot be any better they do really go above and beyond for everyone at the club and are a great laugh. |

| Our first visit to our local club on New Years Eve fet night. We had a lot of fun utilising a couple of the many St Andrew Crosses, and also enjoyed some wax play in the dungeon.
The venue is intimate and well maintained, it was a very busy night and lots of things happening in all rooms. But there was plenty of cleaning equipment and everyone was respectful of each others space.

| Ok I'm a regular and just love this place. Great staff, really friendly as well as professional too. The place is always immaculately clean. Great regulars and perfect for newcommers to the swinging scene. I always have a great time ad do many others. |

| Been to the Annex now on many occasions now (all Wednesday's) sometimes I play and sometimes I don't, but the one garrentee is I always have a great time. The place is kept very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Will be going there again soon. E |

| Attended last night for the bi night and whilst it wasn't as busy as usual it was still a fantastic night and the staff were as wonderful as always.
The hot tub was absolutely lovely and had some great conversations whilst relaxing (don't need bubbles to enjoy the hottub but they did work)
Had some great playtime with some wonderful people and even the wanking dead single males who think if they get their cock out they will get jumped on didn't spoil it. Will be back soon. :-) |

| Third time attending the club yesterday evening, a bit hit and miss again.
Pro’s are that it’s cheap, in comparison to other clubs, but there’s always a reason for that..
In this instance, it means that the clientele isn’t anything to write home about.
I think we were the youngest in there by about 20 years, which was disappointing.
Real lack of play going on too, which isn’t really the clubs fault of course, but it was just a little underwhelming for a Saturday evening, to be honest.
Staff friendly though, and the cinema room is a nice added touch - ‘hot tub’ is essentially a big bath, again, not the most appealing (do the bubbles work or?)
5/10 all in all. |

| Lovely place with nice people. I have been there at Greedy Girls party and I had a lovely experience. I will gladly recommend the place. To be honest I already told to some of my friends about my fabulous experience and we will come back. 5stars!!! |

| I had such a fantastic night at the bi weekly greedy girls night. Everyone is so friendly from Paul on the door to the funny sexy bar lady.
People were playing in every room which I was pulled into as I was enjoying watching.

| First time visit to the club and to a gready girl event. Both where fantastic, a friendly welcome from the staff and shown around. Very clean and has good facilities, clean stations etc, safe place to store ur phone/keys behind the bar and changing area and store any bags,towls and cloths.
Got straight into chatting to the lovely guest there, really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of great rooms there inc largis hottube and wasn't soon until the fun started.
Highly recommend both the club and the event will definitely be going back..
