| We thoroughly enjoyed the Wild&Wicked party last night. The hosts are amazing people whose hospitality alone is reason to keep coming back. For a small venue, it does so well in bringing in a crowd. Another great thing about the Annex is the different play apparatus that can enhance your sexual experience. The sex swing for instance, we had our eye on since the last time we came, this time however, we got straight in it, and DAMN does it feel good.
Later in the night we ventured into the larger playroom and enjoyed the sight of others enjoying themselves, and before we knew it, we were naked and tangled in each other in reckless abandon with everyone's eyes on us. One of us was even graced with a massage and light flogging by a lovely lady. We recommend the Annex to anyone willing to enjoy or begin your swinger lifestyle. |

| Our first visit for a few years to this wonderful club for greedy girls night on the 26th June.
We have got to say that the club has greatly improved since we visited last, lovely people, friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome from VJ and Claire.
Hope to attend again and join in the fun next time. XXX

| We recently Visited the club for there DV8 Kinky SEX Party after many years of saying we will and never quite getting there.
This club has very high standards of Cleanliness and the attention to detail is unprecedented compared to previous clubs that we have previously visited .
The event for our self we found a little clique but that wouldn't put us off as we know we can be a little shy and not outgoing couple.
Having time to people watch we were very impressed with the way club is run and for your own safety there constantly checking in to make sure everything is ok. |

| I've been to a number of Annex events, normally the kink events but I've dine my first swingers event as well and that's it. I'm hooked.
When I first came on the scene 6 months ago, I was petrified! What was a young busty blonde doing offering herself up to all these wicked perverts! I'm gonna be eaten alive (and not in the good way!)!
As it is, I had a fabulous time.the first time, VJ has been endlessly welcoming and friendly. She always looks out for people and keeps the venue really clean and safe for everyone to use.
I really couldn't recommend The Annex any more. Xx |

| My self and Tim have been coming here for the last 5 weeks to different events, and we have been in our element of fun laughter and plenty of action.
Tim was very vanilla before I asked him to come to the club.

| Finally made a long overdue first visit to this great little club last night. Was absolutely brilliant, staff are so welcoming and the great mix of fellow club goers were all very friendly. The club is nicely laid out and the rooms very nice and well equipped. Highly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be back again. |

A very clean and very well organised club packed with very friendly people that were all very welcoming
With plenty of socialising and chatting the action soon moved to the play rooms thanks for a great night and I will definitely be back xx |

| I attended the club for the first time on Saturday. What a lovely,clean and friendly venue. The hosts were welcoming and lovely friendly people and showed me around.
The place was soon packed, and everyone happy to chat. Lovely clientele, and loads of fun. Will definitely be making a return visit. Thank you for a great night |

| We attended the annex on Saturday arrived later then we would of liked due to difficulties finding the venue. But once their we was greeted at the door and given a tour. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly staff and guests. And we are looking forward to attending again in the future |

| This was our first visit to The Annex last night for the Annex House Party. It was easy to find and very clean. The atmosphere was very good and so were the facilities. The hosts were very friendly and chatty with a good mix of guests. T certainly enjoyed the flogging bent over the horse, but think the people watching enjoyed the view more :-). G had a quick intro into flogging T from an expert and eventually hit that fine arse with a 10!! Will be looking to attend a few of the speciality nights. See you again G& T xx |

| My first time at The Annex today and it was smaller than I expected but didn’t disappoint once I was inside! The hostesses Mistress VJ and Claire were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at ease! There were lots of people playing and everyone had a good time, will definitely be back! |

| So we went to the Annex on Saturday night (2/3/19) it was our first ever club meet and we had never done anything like this before. The hostesses made us feel amazingly welcome and put us straight at ease. Any first time nerves we had left us as soon as we walked in the door. We socialise first and talked to loads of like minded couples followed by alot of naughty fun in a couple of their various rooms. We cannot compare this to other clubs as we do not have the experience but what we can say as complete beginners is that we will definitely be back for more fun. | Minxy apologises for being a little tardy with this Review, got here eventually!! Starting in February this year I have been hosting my WildnWicked Swinging Parties at this fantastic Club. Working with VJ and the team behind the Annex has been a pleasure. Everyone is relaxed and friendly and always available with help and support. They have bent over backwards to help me set up the Venue for my parties, to make it cosy, and give it a real 'house-party' vibe. The Club itself is spotlessly clean, with lots of social space and four lovely playrooms, creating a sexy atmosphere. Having held two parties now and the genuinely lovely feedback from the guests tells me we are doing something right. Long may it continue!! Minxy xx |

We find it is friendly and very clean.
The hosts are especially welcoming and always checking everything is ok.
We went to minxy wildnwicked night.
There was a good selection of people and we certainly had a good time.

| club was easy to find made welcome by the hosts lovely rooms and decor met some nice people and enjoyed the chats we had slightly disappointed that no single women attended which made the ratio of single men to couples too many. also had some men trying too much to get gigler to play even after a no ? didnt make a scene at the time as we dont want to look like were troublemakers but having spoken to the hostess she said she would have a word with the offenders. overall a nice place to go mainly for couples |

| Had an unexpected trip here last night with some old and fabulous friends. Found the club to be small but very friendly and clean. Was very busy last night, a few single guys but plenty of couples all being friendly and chatty. Thanks to all for making me feel so welcome.
