| Last night’s BiNight was the first time we’d been back to the Annex since the extensive refurbishment - new bar area, playrooms, hot tub… It’s a great space and the venue offers lots of opportunities for fun. The buzzy crowd was friendly, up for a good night out and pretty much something for everyone! A gem of a venue. Highly recommended |

| We visited The Annex way back before COVID, it was the reason we joined Fab in fact! The rooms on offer were kitted out really well, lots of little extras you need to go and explore. We hope to visit again one day soon X |

| Even though I live 150 miles away, this is still my fave club. My first return since the revamp and the place didn’t disappoint. All new and improved with extra rooms and with a fun large hot tub. Tastefully decorated and inviting, the Annex is always clean, bright and warm.
A club is nothing without its’ guests. Strolling in as a stranger to the area can be quite intimidating. However, the greeting at the door is always with a smile and attendees are friendly, courteous and good for a chat. I met the beautiful and charming CurvyClaire, the host of last night’s party. Her energy and friendliness pretty much summed up the feel of the event.
Lots of chats and laughs and still the only club where I have managed to play on every visit. Can’t wait to go back !

| My first visit to the club for their fetish event yesterday . I found the club clean and warm. The vibe was good and the staff very lovely ( thanks for the rollie)
Had some lovely chats and met some nice folks in the playrooms and got a great foot massage .
Would recommend to other kinksters who are wondering if it’s a good place to visit . |

Super hot and friendly staff. Clean and well attended. Definitely a club to revisit.

| Visited the annex, a lovely little club with a friendly atmosphere and really helpful staff, shame it was a quiet night but spoke to the owner and they are thinking of ideas for other nights. Do wish them loads of luck and will be back when we are next in the area. |

The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and obviously ridiculously hot.
They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good night. If you want a relaxed, sexy, fun club, then annex is the place for you.

| It's been a long time since we have visited a club and we are glad we chose this one to get us back into them. The club must have doubled in size since we last went, the new rooms look great.
We attended a greedy girls night, and spent most of it in the darkroom. Everyone was friendly and respectful and fun.
We will certainly be visiting again when we are back. |

| Yet another great night at the Annex, this time for the couples only event and was as usual made to feel so welcome by all the staff. Was a great mix of people in attendance with quite a few new faces who most definitely seemed to enjoy themselves. Didn't get to use the hot tub due to some technical issues but means we will be back again to try it out. Thank you to everyone who made it a great night. Xx |

| Went to this club tonight to have a look around, nice and friendly staff there and made me feel welcomed. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to play but hey maybe next time.
I have to admit one of the room was so overcrowded lot of men watch or play some of them where sweating and dripping over my top and walked out of the room. It was hot and uncomfortable!!
Part from that it was nice and meet some nice people there! I would visit this place again in future |

The staff.... They make the place lovely young happy friendly fun people.... Thank you for making our night...
We got there about 945.. At 10 they started playing some games that helped to break the ice... The club feels like a big house party... There are some fun Intressting rooms lou loved the swing.... And the glory holes were fun... Hot tub was bigger than it looks on photo... We had a fun night left when it shut time went to quick.... Everyone was very very respectfully poss bit to much at times lou loves a lot of cock round her lol

| Attended on 21st August for our first club visit, and what can we say except it was fabulous. Nice cosy bar area,lovely large hot tub, lots of different rooms to play in which are all lovely and clean, the staff a very friendly and helpful and we met a great bunch of people. Will definitely be back very soon. |
