| After a longtime since visiting (3 years)we made an improptu Friday night visit.
Wow what a transformation & doubling in size with host of new areas that really enjoyed exploring & playing in.
Wasn't the busiest of nights but great fun was had & will certainly return in future. |

| Fabulous little club, definitely smaller than some but immaculately clean and making the very best of the space they have. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
There was a great crowd in for a midweek night and lots of fun to be had. A very good mix of regulars and newbies and I hope to be making a return visit soon.

| It was first visit to the Annex last Friday (13/05/2022). The reception was fantastic the staff were very friendly and happy to give a tour of the place.
The whole property was spanking clean and there were off-putting adours. The attendance was reasonable and not overly surprised. People were happy chat and have a banter. The smoke area was, again, tidy. VJ came round to smoking area to chat (I would want to get that solar panel if you get it at that price the guy said ??).
Everyone was friendly and respectful. I will definitely be making it a more regular visit now. |

| Been to this club few times now, meet some lovely people there last night and i got straight in and did some cheeky signs (as I’m deaf) and sorry to say this as I’m a cheeky guy .. lots of lovely boobies about last night (I’m boobies man) .. shame I didn’t get laid lol
Will definitely go back soon, keep it up “the annex”

| Well what can I say, this was my first real visit to a club and it wasn't a disappointment, the host was welcoming, clearly explained the rules and happily showed me around. The staff were friendly, the venue was clean, with a good friendly mixture of people attending. The evening just flew by and in no time it was leaving time. I hope to visit again soon. |

| Attended the #Hush Hush party and wow what a night. A fantastic mix of wonderful people and the staff were as brilliant as ever. Met a few friends and made some new ones that just made the night in such a friendly, laid back and wonderful environment. Looking forward to the next Hush Hush party xxx |

Staff are the best so so helpfull and so friendly.. And a good laugh...
The place is clean and lot of fun nice rooms with stable doors so i could play with 3 men not get over whelmed... Thanks boys and thom....

| We broke our club cherry by going to the Greedy Girls event on the 13/4 and have to say we couldn't have asked for a better start.
All of the people there were friendly from regulars to newbies like us, and the staff reassured us and made us feel welcome.
The rooms were all clean fresh and well presented, and we thoroughly enjoyed trying out the double room with some friendly guys before moving onto the dungeon area where we made use of some of the great selection of floggers toys and cat o'nine tails.
Was a very enjoyable evening and we're already planning our next visit |

| Attended on Saturday 9th our first visit. We’d heard both the positive and the negative so thought a visit in person warranted.
Pros, the place is keenly priced for couples. Spotlessly clean , very welcoming staff, bar is BYOB but soft drinks, tea and coffee is served at good prices. There are a reasonable number of playrooms.
The place is lovely and warm so no issues if you’re naked or in flimsy lingerie. Very friendly atmosphere.
Cons
No lockers just shelves to put your towels, clothes etc.
Hot tub looks great holds 10 want working and so we were told hadn’t been for some time
Bar area is located too close to reception making it a little difficult to navigate coming in or accessing toilets or smoking area
Smoking area is fenced but has no shelter to the elements, has no heater either so it’s very cold.
So would we go again, yes absolutely and will look forward to it!! |

| Attended Greedy girls last night, shame hot tub is our of action as it is a icebreaker for the fun to start. It took a while to get going but the Blonde lady in the Red top certainly got it revved up . As always the dark room was well used sorry to everyone whose toes I trod on lol ! | Visited for first time Wednesday 30th March - Greedy Girls event. Bit nervous to start with and took a while to get going, but all made me very welcome by staff and regulars. Had a fabulous time with a very sexy milf !

| So I've been 3 weeks in a row now to the Greedy Girls night on a Wednesday and, at first my thoughts about this place were very mixed.
Now however, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else on a Wednesday! For me, it provides that mid-week naughtiness that I wouldn't necessarily partake in at my regular club.
The Annex's Greedy Girls night is a lot of fun and I'll definitely be a regular for this evening going forward. |

| This is our first visit since the big refurb, we don’t get much time to play at weekends now so attended the midweek greedy girls party. Love what you have done with the place. | What can we say Friday evening visits to the annex for us with great hosts Nikki,Grace and Stu always fun.friendly loads of good fun to be had.
As for the club always clean and the hot tub is a must just don't forget your towel Lol.
Would recommended a visit and hope to see you there.

| Went to this club few weeks ago on a Saturday night which I believe it’s was curvy night? Something like that!
It’s a lovely small club that got jacuzzi which I miss going in.. met some nice people there and I was glad that two lovely ladies learning to do some sign language which make me feel welcome to this club.
I’m not sure who the ladies name but say hello to
me next time I visit the club. And anyone see me say hello as I don’t bite lol. |

| We decided to choose the annex as our first club experience, we had a nice welcoming by the staff and found the patrons very sociable. Plenty of facilities for everyone and even the atmosphere and music were pleasant. We had such a lovely time we couldn't help but join and looking to further events and exploring more things to cum. | I hadn't been in the annex since 2019. So going last night was fantastic. . I loved the new rooms. There was plenty of chatting going on . I chatted to a lovely man and Few other Laughing in the dark room.. but unfortunately no-one was playing .. but hopefully next time... i did spot few sexy ladies ...
