With Wi-Fi, this venue managed by Mistress VJ, offers a house party feel with much warmth and pleasing décor within a clean, safe and friendly environment.
Four different styled playrooms lead off the large main social area. The venue offers soft cold drinks and hot drinks from the kitchen/bar. Alcohol is sold at some selected parties, otherwise, you may bring your own. Condoms are available to be bought at the venue.
Currently with 2 toilets, one with shower facilities. Ample free parking and high-level security to the front of the property and wheelchair friendly access.

Nice themed playrooms had a great time would recommend a visit
We were staying in cromer but well worth the drive to the Annex
We will be back on our next trip to the UK |

| My first club visit and everyone was so friendly. I had an introductory tour including done advice on etiquette followed by a great time at the bar which was really inclusive, some time in the hot tub then finishing in the snug.
Again the people were great. Funny, approachable and friendly as well as really sexy. |

| My first visit on a Friday. Lovely, welcoming hosts and easy to find. Spotlessly clean and a number of play areas including a busy dark room. I found the other cds really friendly and supportive and there were some guys who were really into cds big time. More guys needed who are into cds. I left with a smile on my face. I’ll be back.

| Being no stranger to other clubs, I visited this club for the first time last FAB Friday, and loved every moment of my stay. Wonderfully managed by people who care about their club and guests. The layout is excellent, the conviviality of all present is perfect, and the pleasures to be had within are sublime. My first visit of many I hope. |

| Our first visit to this club - an impromptu unplanned one, we happened to be in the right place at the right time - and what a lovely genuine club and relaxed evening for us.
Our hostess-led tour was extremely professional - and bar staff excellent too - rooms well laid out and clean and a real mix of guests across the evening too.
We had a super time and look forward to returning in the future |

| My wife and I visited the Annex for the first time night. Had great sexy fun. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The host and staff constantly checked on everyone and looked out for my wife through out the night.

| Went along for the Friday daytime party on 11/10. Poorly attended but had kind of expected this.
Was made very welcome by the hosts but due to the lack of numbers, playing was very limited and I think I'll return for an evening event, or maybe a daytime Greedy Girls event. |

| We visited on Friday evening for the Curvy Vibes event and had a great time.
We were met by a really lovely chap at reception who was excellent and very welcoming, settling our initial nerves for our first ever club visit and experience into the lifestyle.
Bex took us for a tour of the club and was a wonderful host! It didn't take long for us to feel settled and we started chatting with some regulars who were welcoming and reassuring.
Very clean and respectful place, plenty of playrooms and definitely something for everyone.
The night was very popular and before long it became busy with a mix of couples and single males. We didn't stay and play, but we enjoyed the social side of things for a few hours and everyone was exceptionally welcoming and fantastic.
This is probably not a venue for those attending their first club, but it is a fantastic venue nonetheless.
Thanks to everyone who made us feel so welcome.

| Absolutely fab club, staff always very friendly, especially Josh who goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests are well looked after xx Great place to go for a social evening, nice dance area with a pole or a choice of play areas for some naughty fun. Love that they host different nights to cater for all x
